Find answers to common questions about orders, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds.

Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed immediately and shipped within 3–5 business days.

We offer several shipping options so you can choose what works best for you. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by credit card authorisation.

During sales, shipments may take an additional 2–3 business days. Around the holidays, couriers may also experience higher volumes, which could extend delivery times.

Shipping costs vary depending on the item, quantity, and destination. The final amount will appear in your cart at checkout.

Delivery times cannot be scheduled in advance. Couriers deliver Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.

Your package may be delayed. We recommend checking the tracking link for the most up-to-date information. Some smaller orders may arrive as a letterbox package, which can take longer to deliver, especially as they are not delivered on Sundays or Mondays.

All UK Standard Express Signed deliveries include compensation cover up to £750.

Every product is insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once delivered and signed for at your specified address, coverage ends. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend refusing delivery or noting the damage when signing.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you placed your order through your account, you can also track it anytime in the Orders section.

For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder or to a verified company address. To avoid delays, ensure your billing address matches your credit card records and that the cardholder's name is entered exactly as it appears.

Please double-check your details at checkout so we can contact you if needed.

Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions, contact us at nocomplynetwork@gmail.com with your order number and address.

Payment

If you're unsure whether your payment went through, for example, after seeing an error message, check your bank statement to confirm if the amount was debited.

Still unsure? Contact us at nocomplynetwork@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to verify the payment for you.

If your payment did not go through, your order has not been placed. You'll need to place the order again and complete the payment.

We accept Credit Card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Sometimes emails can land in your spam or junk folder. Please check there first. If you still can't find your confirmation, contact us at nocomplynetwork@gmail.com or use the contact form.

Returns

If you return the items after 30 days, we may choose to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of return postage for items purchased online that are faulty or not as described.

This does not apply to items discounted for an obvious fault.

Items must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original labels attached. We cannot accept returns that have been worn or soiled.

Returns are only possible under these conditions. If an item does not meet the requirements, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

We may deduct from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items caused by handling, meaning they are no longer in perfect, saleable condition.

Please contact nocomplynetwork@gmail.com, include your order number and a photo of the item in question, and we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the time we receive your return at our warehouse. You'll be notified by email once the refund is issued.

If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, the refund will be processed within 3 working days of the cancellation request.

Refunds are always credited using the original payment method.

Once your refund is confirmed, the credit will appear in your PayPal account within 48 hours.
